Powerwalking Monday 18:30-19:15

​In this training we will be walking at a brisk pace. How fast that is can be different for everyone. After our walk we will finish with stability exercises and a cool-down.

Running intermediate/advanced Monday 17:30-18:30
​
This training is for the advanced runner (blocks of 3-7 minutes). A challenging training, including strength exercises, but always adapted to your level of fitness and personal goals.

Running beginner Thursday 17:30-18:15
​​
We start with a good warm-up, which will make you physically and mentally ready to run. You do this at your own pace and at your current level (blocks of 30 seconds - 2 minutes). Easy to follow strength exercises will give your day an extra boost. ​​
