Jip (31) talks about a new start with 
de Lopers van Lunetten 

I love to travel. Yet, really exploring a country requires a certain level of fitness. Unfortunately, I had been uncomfortable with my weight and body shape for a long time. Especially with summer approaching, I desired a change.

My trainer gave me the confidence to discuss these uncertainties with her. She kept challenging me to get the best out of myself, without crossing my boundaries. Now, three months later, I feel comfortable again in my own body. I am more agile and my stamina improved; I can hike for pretty long distances and keep up with my friends. From couch potato to athlete... certainly, I wouldn't have achieved this without training.

An additional benefit is that I got to know people who have the same motivation to improve their fitness. They also came from a personal situation where this seemed impossible or very difficult, to say the least.

The atmosphere of acceptance during training allows me to be myself and get in touch with like-minded others.

Maybe my story can inspire you to try out de Lopers van Lunetten. My quality of life has clearly improved since I joined the club.
